Uttlesford District Planning Meeting at Newly Built Conference Centre
Due to Covid-19 restrictions, Uttlesford District Council were faced with a backlog of planning meetings and hearings. Optimum AV provided audio and live streaming solutions, throughout a six weeks period, to support Uttlesford Council to carry out planning meetings on building and development projects that were previously rejected during the planning application process.
Using their newly built conference suite, we installed 15 Audi0-technica table microphones, a Yamaha QL mixing desk, EV speaker PA system, Panasonic fixed body camera and a Sony PTZ moving camera. The meeting was then live streamed through Zoom to the general public using a Black Magic switcher system.
