Optimum AV were contacted by OMFIF (the Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum, an independent think tank organization concerned with central banking, economic policy, and public investment), to provide production support for their towards a future UK-China economic relationship conference at the Four seasons hotel in trinity square London in Nov 2022
We provided a 4mx2m Absen 3.9mm LED Video wall as a stage backdrop, along with staging and Stage furniture including lecterns and Pipe and drape.
2x Samsung 75″ relay screens either side of the stage to show separate presentation content from the main video wall. 8x Sennheiser wireless microphone systems with an EV 4x speaker PA system, all controlled using a Yamaha QL1 sound desk.
